need help truck wont start

i changed out my cp3 pump back to stock this morning and put everything back together and it wont do anything but spin over. i get codes p0641 which is app system and p1125 also to do with app system. also when i turne the key forward you can hear the fpr clicking. if you unplug the fpr it will start but runs maxed out rp. confused here. any suggestions?? and i did change the tune before i tryed it. says reduced engine power in the display.

Any one have the troubleshooting sheet for either of these codes, I have searched but no luck

Is the rail pressure sensor on the distribution block plugged in? Check the harness leading to it. Twice I have seen the harnes to it get undone or buggered up causing a no start or poor idle.

The maxed out RP with the regulator unplugged is what should happen with it unplugged. What kind of pressure do you have with it plugged in and cranking?

yes the rail pressure sensor is plugged in. Im going to mess with it some more when i have time. probably this week sometime.
