LBZ: need help please

the bearings went out in my turbo. so i bought a used turbo off a friend that was good put it on my self. it only builds about 4 psi. what would cause this. please help

Does it throw a vane position code? Sounds like the actuator maybe mess up or the fingers are sticking

try swapping your sensors with the old one
