Need help please-No dash or radio lights

While hooking up the air bag gauge lights I pulled the Illum fuse under the dash. When I went to put it right back in it let off the forbiden blue flash. Guage still not wired in yet at the time just pulled it and put it right back in. Now the problem NO DASH LIGHTS OR STERIO LIGHTS??? No power to the Illum fuse now? Where do I need to look from here? Thanks

turn your dimmer switch and see if that helps.

Done that lol. no power at the fuse

Check the tail light fuse. The power to the dash light fuse, used to come from that fuse.

Could I have fried the BCM??? Pulled all fuses twice and still nothing. Under hood and dash. Have no power to ill fuse holder.
