LB7: Need help identifying cover

Hoping one of you guys can help me. I have an 02 lb7 with a coolant leak. It's coming from the rectangle cover directly above the starter on the back of the block on the passenger side. Hoping someone can tell me name of this gasket and what the cover even is.

That's just was it sounds like it adapts it to the trans. If you want to put a custom trans in you need a custom adapter. And idk why that coolant port is on that side. It's a mirror image of the other side but that's got the coolant going to the oil cooler

I figure that port was probably something GM thought they were going to use, and just never did.

Right hand drive application and I think a medium duty application.

Medium duty would have a different flywheel housing because they run a different bellhousing.
