Need help identifying a serial number on an Allison transmission

I’ve been looking for a good core to rebuild to just swap into my truck and this guy a couple hours away from me claims he has an Allison 1000 6 speed from an 06 classic with only 130000 km on it. I’m not to good with identifying serial numbers or dates but here’s the picture of the tag. Any insight would help at this point because he doesn’t want very much money for it at all.

D is month
24 is day

Mike beat me to it, April 24, 2006, so it looks to be an lbz style 6 speed.

Is there anything on that tag identifying it as a 1000 or is that found elsewhere?

Yes, where it says GM powertrain. In 06 GM sold Allison, but they retained rights to the 1000 series for pickups.
