Technically you are not drilling out the fitting but more the piece behind it on the LB7 Correct? There is a little doghnut shape piece that is more restrictive....Atleast mine was.

I also welded the pop valve shut because it was in the way of my Y bridge.

As far as low pressure lines, I removed all stock lines and started over...Mostly do to bordom:D

On the left Trent is what you want to drill out ( the doghnut:D). I am not saying it will help it's just what I did:) Do both rails.

The LLY has a different style 1 piece fitting that is a complete orfice and that is why you drill the fitting I went to 60 thousandths" IIRC

What bridge are you getting? If it's the LBZ one like PPE sells you have to change your manifolds also to work.

The only one:D on the right is the fuel rail fitting. And the left is what you drill out.Above is the rail.

When you pull out the rail fitting you can use a magnet to get the other piece out ( the left )

Yes do both rails:)

Are you going to drill out the fitting on the cp3 also?

if you tell me how i will :D , just kidding if it can be done with out pulling the cp3 i will i am sure it can . i am interested in doing every free or cheap fuel mod you can think of , i might do your mod to the gear pump also if i have the time .i need all the fuel i can get with these twins .i got my new hellman gravity feed pick up on friday and the sotp meter says it was a good mod i need to log some runs after reassembly and see what kind of gain i made with holding rail pressure after all these mods .
