I have a problem with my rail pressure gauge. When I have my lift pump running, it only shows about have the pressure it should at idle. I cant say forsure how off it is when its higher in the rpm gauge, but idle its literally like have pressure compared to what efi live reads. If I turn my lift pump off, or run it directly to a 3rd isolated battery, the gauge reads perfect. I have a new alternator.
SOmething else I noticed. (this could be normal as I haven't ran the truck in 6 months) my egt gauge needle sits at like 250, It wont read any less, but once it gets warm itll start reading above that. I can't recall if thats normal or not? I had to install a new probe on it this year since I broke the old one on removal.
All autometer cobalts.
I'm bad at electric, but I've been tryin to figure it out all night
