need a new turbo!!

one of my friends has a 99 7.3 powerstroke and it has a banks turbo on it that just craped out. the reason i'm asking you guys about it is because he wants something that will just bolt in and perform atleast as good as the banks if not better and he came to me to find him a new one and i'm not exactly a turbo expert. so does any one know what is comparable to his banks or know of a bolt in kit or something ANY HELP WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED.

Stock runs about 24-25 PSI, this one should be good to about 30 or so.
