My buddy is looking at 3 trucks, an 07, 08, and 10. What is the(if any) difference between the years with the drivetrain?

The '10 Allison will have some good things in it that are used in the '11 trucks.

Well, he ended up buying a new 2011 GMC 3500 CC/SB Denali. Hopfuly when he is ready to sell it I will be ready to buy it.

Nice!! I still prefer the old body style, but the 2011's are just too nice to resist, especially the Denali! If I had the $$$, that is what I'd get too.
