This is my 2003 Duramax that i'm working on right now to get ready for racing season. Hoping to get into the top 25 stock motor list.

The mods so far:
Santech built tranny, stage 5
FASS Titanium 150
3"/4" lowering kit
ProFab manifolds and uppipes
ProFab air horn
Banks CAI + SuperScoop
Single stack
PPE centerlink, Fabtech tierods, Cognito support kit
M&H Drag Radials on XD Revolver rims
ISSPRO EV2 gauges
MagHytec diff cover
Rollpan & lightbar
Also got headstuds on order but am not sure if i'm gonna have time to install those.

What i want/need yet:
Shocks, i'm thinking QA1's but trying to find something cheaper
Caltracs
Banks boost tubes, got a big hole rubbed thru the stock boost tube
Downpipe, probably gonna go with Diamond Eye
EFI Live tuning, i've got a pretty big tune from duramaxtuner when i bought my EFI Live but i haven't had the chance to try that one yet cuz my stock tranny didn't let me lol:rofl:

Here's some pics

Trying one of the drag radials before i lowered the truck, they will look sweet on there now with the truck 3" lower.

I take it you sold your LMM then.
Nice looking LB7 - '03 was a good year! What class are you planning on racing in this year?

Just curious, why is your lift pump mounted in the box of your truck?

A lot more room and not so close to the ground. Won't get hit by gravel/debris this way when driving on the roads here. And easier to change the filters.:thumb:

Cognito support kit is already on there lol, i'm sure it won't hurt anything haha so we'll leave it there.

I kinda need shocks in mission, i don't think the stock shocks are gonna work too great, they're pretty soft after 8 years

Rancho 9000 are good

I agree but if the truck gets driven and you are in a area with snow/salt the position ajusters seize up quickly. Mine only worked for 1 winter and are now stuck on #3 setting permanetly:( As for theCognito braces I already had mine aswell when I went to a strait center link so I just left them on there and have not noticed any ill effects from doing so....

Yea you can use the 9000s, just look for the dimensions of extended and collapsed then go from there.

What's with the Crashed dodge's in the corner. Another race project reg cab:woott:

X1,000,000 I'd be finding a way to keep some heat in that building long enough to pour and cure lol

Truck(s) look good though :D

Pooring concrete in a canadian winter, hmm not such a good idea lol. Hopefully dad will get it done in the summer. Especially this winter has been pretty long and very cold:woott::woott::thumb:

Do they work with a lowered truck?
And where do i get them

MPL
Phone Ted and tell him u want a set.

I run them on the rear of my race truck and I'm pretty sure Kelly runs them to.

Jason
It won't make any issues running the supports. Just thought he could sell them and get some mOney for his new shocks.

I know what you meant Simon and it's a good idea that I also considered doing. The part that concerned me is the Strait centerlink is thicker and when you add the supports it leaves a questionable amount of threads left for the Jam nut. I used blue loc-tite and so far so good but I am still sceptical if its worth the possible risk...

I noticed this too on the pitman arm support, it didn't fit super good, little bit crooked, but got the nuts pretty tight and put lotsa thread locker on, should be good.
