Allison 5sp: MY OWN tap-shifter...

as many of you know I figured out how to make the 06+ tap-shift work in my [5-speed] truck a couple years ago...

but it was kinda ghetto rigged and had some glitches. I was in school at the time so I didnt really have time to perfect it. Well ive had some free time recently, and now it works...enjoy.

After I spent a while finalizing the design and debugging the computer programming, it really is pretty easy to install, only a couple wires.

ya, the videos on my youtube of it running are recent, but the engine is pretty old...I think I built it back when I was 15 or something?

Will the O/D lockout light come on with the first tap??

Can't be too hard to figure out you're missing a gear turning 3000 at 60 mph, but I'm just curious if will light up with the tap shift.....
