before i got my dmax a buddy of mine got a 05 dmax and we always talked crap back and forth about whose was faster but never raced. he recently just got a mbrb 4" exhaust and cts edge with attitude. coming home from work today i pull to a stop light and right next to me is a familiar dmax. he looks and nods and i already know what that means, my truck has just the superchips set on 3 hes running his edge on 3 also. light turn greens and im off, the whole way to 80mph all i see out of my passenger window is barely the front of his hood. no idea how my truck with a lesser tuner, lesser stock hp and bigger tires did it but , DAMN it felt good, nothing special but i wanted to share
