Curious, has any one ever monitored the fuel temps before and after the factory cooler? Can't say I have ever seen any info on that.

Looks like real Nice unit though!!!
I thought Mile L did some research on that using an IR camera

I don't run a fuel cooler on my LMM and haven't for a few years. I have a fuel temp gauge and even going out on a hot day I don't see fuel temps over 110-120.

That’s better than mine with stock fuel cooler. We are cruising on the fwy right now at 80 and it’s 100deg out and fuel temp is 147deg. I have a third battery though and it blocks the cooler. Should probably add a fan.

Well, here are some pictures the fab guy sent me this morning. We had a slight miscommunication on how to mount the fuel cell. He mounted it to the actual underside of bed. So, in order to take the bed off, I would have to drop the tank to do so, which is no Bueno

I sent him some pics I have to help with his idea process and what I'm looking for. It will be done tomorrow, even with these last-minute changes. Unfortunately, I won't be able to pick it up till next week due to timing with my friend who hauls my truck for me.

My fuel cell is a 20-gallon Rhodes Racing fuel cell. Fuel cell is equipped with 8an bungs, supply and return, and vent. I had him cut out one of the 8an supply bungs in the back of the tank and replace it with a 10an to supply the fuel Lab lift pump. I also had him add a 2nd 8an bung up top for another return. One will be for fuel return from the LP, and the other will be for engine return after going through the Derale Hi Flow fluid cooler.

Rear adjustable shock brackets were installed since the others were slightly bent after the theft of my truck. Dual adjustable viking shocks are still in good order, so no worry there.

Next the dual 40 row extreme trans coolers were mounted with the help of firepunks adjustable trans cooler brackets.

All coolers are equipped with spal fans as well. Logan built Lithium battery is mounted on the passenger side with a power shutoff switch right below and weighs in at 25lbs.

Trans coolers will be linked together with a 1/2" hardline. Fuel cooler to return bung on fuel celll will be hardlined as well.

I'm still learning on how to do all this stuff , and make it work as best that I can for what it is. Can it be better? Of course it can, but for now, it will work fine. Appreciate all the help and opinions I've gotten along the way!

Under the bed still has alot of soot from when the thieves ripped the bed stack out and the exhaust was coming out under the bed.

As soon as I get more pictures for you guys I will post them up.

Couple more pictures after adjusting some things. 8an bung welded in for lift pump fuel return. Fuel cell moved back and is now secured from the frame rails. And custom hardline from fuel cooler to fuel return on top of fuel cell done, -8an. Will pick the truck up early next week

Battery cutoff switch, and a closer look at the rear shock brackets. I'm still waiting on the motor from socal. The last thing I need to do is pull the front axle out and replace the axle seals and reseal the case half. Then I will be done until it needs to go back to SDP.
