Just got a SEL yesterday. Had Onstar check it out and they said it was #1 out of range. Just brought it in and the dealer is going to replace it. What would cause this? The truck only has 3k miles on it.

Also, it's used about 10g of def in 3k miles since new. I thought the def was good for the length of an oil change. I haven't even towed w it yet. I noticed that it has regen'd 3-4 times so far. I'm thinking that the regen may be related to the injector being bad.
Any ideas?
