Mud stained plastic

How the hell do you get the mud stains out of the plastic. I use the black magic stuff, and it looks good for about five minutes. My rims were the same way. I used a 3m Scotch Brite disc on a drill to get the the rim back, then had to buff out the scratches.

its tuff to say by the looks it looks like mine and it took 3 months i tried the same stuff an got no were. i hit every puddle in town till i finally got the black look back. did you try a power washer with heat that always works i just don't have one.
