Help: Msd lazer gauge

I just installed the dual sweep gauge from MSD and it works great, i have only 1 issue, the guage sounds like its humming and vibrating. its driving me crazy. anyone know anything about these gauges??

That's just the noise they make, they're loud. It'll go out on you soon like my pos did.

Mine is still working fine Not that I ever look at it, Pat does once in a while. Mine isn't loud either though.

I would reason to say there loud and vibratory because of design. Theres an LED lit spinning "rotor/wheel" that produces the optical illusion of the sweeping light strip you see. Sounds like the motor might be iffy or somthins off balance
