The fitting is 30mmx1.5. I plugged off the existing hole and took a nut with the same thread pitch, grinded a radius on the one side, drilled the pipe with a hole saw and welded the nut on. It makes it a lot nicer to fit an intake.
Also I studded the pedestal to make it a lot easier for turbo swaps. 10mmx1.5. Get Grade 10.9 and red loctite them into the pedastal it makes it nice!

do you need to reuse the thermostat? i was thinking about just welding the thermostat hole shut and welding a barb fitting on it where its out of the way. anyone?

I just moved my thermostat on my old set up. So i guess its not really necessary? What did you use for your coolant line going into your turbo? Is that braided stainless?

yeah it is. Thats all I had.. I bough AN fittings for the turbo but it is almost impossible to fit the one on the drivers side with the fuels lines in the way. If I would of connected before I put the turbo in it would of worked. I had to resort to going back to the brass barbed on the drives side
