Mirror with thermometer and compass

Anybody ever swapped one of these into a truck that didn't have one? My old truck had a thermometer in the mirror and I always catch myself looking up to see what the temp is outside but I just have the plain mirror. Can one be swapped in or is it a huge hassle?? I know most 02's had them, and I'm not sure why mine doesn't. It's got power windows, locks, and cruise so it's not a stripped down work truck. Thanks in advance.

look up Gentex mirror on a search engine, plenty of them on ebay
