Mike L trans cooler for an 06 LBZ

I need a part number and price for a Mile L cooler on my LBZ.

After hitting a deer I had one installed but I don't have the receipt as it went to the insurance.

I was in an accident tonight (rearended another vehicle) and F'd up my truck pretty good. Put a huge gaping hole in the tranny cooler and now need to submit for replacement and need a p/n and cost.
