He's a local guy "Cowman". IIRC, he has a built engine, a Kenne Bell supercharger, nitrous, weight reduction, and running slicks.

On a good day, it's a 10 second street truck. Nothing to be triffled with.

When Ralph clocked him, he was on street tires and didn't have his nitrous on.

Yup, definitely worked him on the street ...but from the looks of this video... Next time, ask him this; can he tow another race car home in the same configuration as when that 11.** pass was made? Didn't think so!:baby:
