Maybe posting in wrong cat. But need help

I have an 2003 duamax 6.6 3500 dually 4x4 I starts fine when the engine is cold (first thing in morning) but after it runs for a while and gets normal engine temp (210)then we cut it off it won't start?

We tried fuel filter, Priming fuel system, new starter, new batteries and still won't crank when it gets hot. The only way we can get it going is with ether.
Please help.
