Nice!!!! Some of us warned you... :ROFLMAO:

In all seriousness, Glad you were able to get it back.

So close on my 05 VHO truck. Just didn't have the funds when it surfaced after the last owner suddenly passed away. I should have kept that truck and sold my GMC but I didn't want it to get abused the way my GMC did for work at the time.

Funny you guys brought up the Grand National. I was at a certain design studio earlier this week and someone made a small scaled foam model of a GN from an old file they had for one of their kids school projects to show what there dad did for work.

You're gonna laugh, but I honestly had no idea what the Limo looked like. Why did Anthony decide to sell?

@Chevy1925 James, a while back you were looking for some OG Walker Evans wheels.

Is that what's on the truck with a custom ring?

There is a set for sale near me but they want way too much...

Did you never read the build thread? Killin me Tom!

I asked him. Erin wanted a new truck and I threw out the thought of “what if I give you the new truck and I buy the limo back?” Fully expecting a “hell no, I’m not dailying that big ass thing”. Instead she says with no hesitation “I’m good with that!” Threw me for a loop so I asked Anthony if he was even willing and here we are.

Nope he saw your post about the trans every 2 years and is dogging a bullet.... lol

Ha!

Yup, these are walkers with wide rings. Very rare combo and true walkers, not the ultra made Chinese. Send me a link. I’d love to find more.

I’m used to them only lasting a year so I thought I was saving money

Better get the blue truck done now!

Certainly not worth $1500, what with screwed up bolt circles and worn tires.

Eh it would depend. There are some die hards out there that would pay 2500 for that set if the bolt holes were good. Fixing the wheels wouldn’t be too hard on a mill. Just not worth it for me.

You on your way back yet?

Already home. Drove all night and got home about 4:30 this morning

Finally had a day where I could address my punch list for the Regal. Found the trunk water leak (rubber locator seals for the taillights were pushed into the trunk), fixed the parking sensors front and back (YAY! no more warnings!), addressed the loose muffler heat shields, and straightened out the mufflers so they are square to their bumper outlets. Only thing left to do is update the HMI and radio modules.
