Im an Olds purist, you just dont do that to certain cars. If he was building a clone, then sure, go ahead. Me and another coworker (who owns a 1971 Cutlass) both told the driver to tell this guy, for us, that hes a complete idiot. Heck, all he has to do is sleeve the block and rebuild. Just replace the carb (obviously save it) with a Holley Sniper EFI kit if he really wants better driveability.
