I was teasing a coworker today that didn't realize that Easter was this Sunday. I was joking that on April 1st she was going to find out that she missed it. It was going to be some cruel fate that somehow it was an April fools joke and it was still two weeks out, and then it was not...

This is the first time I remember Easter and April fools overlapping, at least in a long time. There's got to be some content there for a new thread

I have a topic!!!, what can go wrong with my truck today? lol. :ROFLMAO:

Started up fine, went to get lunch, truck didn't seem to get to temp, stayed at 125d even after 15-20 minutes of driving. On my way back I got on it pretty good, temps shot up to 175 then slowly started to drop back down. I get back to work and coolant is leaking out of the reservoir tank pretty good. Upper coolant hose is pretty hard. I'm hoping its just a bad thermostat and not a head gasket issue. Truck not to long along ago had a pressure test and no issues. About a year ago I had the oil tested and no coolant in the oil. No smoke coming out of the exhaust either.

Time for a new truck?!?:ROFLMAO:

Check to see if the coolant hose stays hard overnight

I put some new seats in the Kodiak. The old ones lacked adjustability and had no arm rests. These came out of a 99-04 Honda Odyssey second row. So far they are really nice. We will see how the next trip goes. Wifey is happy now too lol.

The biggest problem I've seen is what is steerage way for the cargo ship? Think stahl speed for an airplane.

Steerage way is minimal speed ship need to go in relationship to the water it's in..

I'm pretty sure they, dropped below said speed after the first power outage, and the cross winds shoved them out of the of the center of the channel then they dropped dropped the starboard side anchor from what I'm told..

That's one of the widest port entries in the world for deep water ports. Not having a tugs is normal for that..

Personally I think, knowing they run a small crew, there was a series of mechanical/electrical failures in a bad area. With maybe some complacency mixed in.

Nefarious actions would have been during rush hour as most terrorists activities go after high body count. They are not stupid enough to waste an opportunity like that

If you think that is tight.. theres video of as larger or larger cargo ship navigating cuyahoga port in Cleveland Ohio

I’ve been doing this the last few weeks in the tracker. Swapped the trans rear output from Suzuki to Jeep 23 spline, found and put a rare 03-72le NP trans adapter on the back of the Suzuki trans, mated a Jeep 231 to the back of it, built a new crossmember and had the driveshaft re-done. Sounds simple but was a ton of work.

All this to put a bronco TTB front end into the front of the tracker
