Question: Manual to Power seat track

I need a new driver seat, current one is 3 way power and for the life of me i cant find any of those in grey cloth out here, called aleast 10 salvage yards, some of the big ones also. Now i can get a full manual set no problem, found plenty of those, my question is would it be possibe the just switch out just the seat track? Yay or nay? Not worth the hassle? Im just wondering how difficult if possible would it be to go that route.

Just swap the seat covers. Easy to do. No hog rings, its all velcro and clips.
Make sure the back seat cushions are exactly the same, though. I found that the manual seats are slightly different than the full power ones (with lumbar).
The butt cushions should be the same no matter, but still check them first.
