manual lockup switch

hey mike. i have a six speed with the co-pilot on it and i want to put a manual switch on the converter for sled pulling. can you let me know what i need to do to get this accomplished.

Put a toggle switch interupting blue wire next to yellow wire on the copilot controller.

so, splice into the blue wire and then ground the other wire that comes from the toggle switch???

cut blue wire and run each leg to the swith so when switch is off circut is open.

Exactly. We only interupt the signal.

Mike, are the above instruction the same with a 1st generation co-pilot on a 2001 trans?

Is tow/haul still used with this lockup switch?
