Def a nice product. However not enough of a savings vs Carillos or Crowers to justify the loss vs the others. Guy @ SoCal had vouched for their quality.

Is it just me or do the Manley rods come in so close to the other offerings that there's no point in using them? You can get Carrillo's for 2600-2700, Manley's are 2400?

I agree. Once you get a taste of 750HP you're going to want more! Plain and simple. Don't understand why you would limit yourself. Kinda like all these guys trying to go cheap on a Trans build kuz "they don't need a Trans that can hold big power". Spend the extra small amount and don't hold yourself back. That's just my opinion though...with the envelope constantly being pushed, why stop so short? If you truly "don't need that much power" get LBZ rods and call it a day.

I'm not saying everyone must build with 1000HP in mind rather dont shoot yourself in the foot over a couple hundred bucks ya know. You're still dropping over 2k. You're not going to buy a brand new LML with leather, power everything, Bose, navigation and then request rubber floor instead of carpet to save 200 bucks on the overall cost.

Why would you need to limit the power to 750? SoCal says they're good to 1000 HP.

with 750hp stick with lbz rods and cross your fingers or get a big name brand and sleep easy. Don't go down the middle of the road, pick one lane or another.

I'm putting a set in mine this week. Truck will make in the 8-850 range. I see no reason they can't be treated like crowers or carrillos.
