I wasnt planning on doing this but while the trans is out would it be worth it to put in exhaust manifolds, up pipes, and a down pipe?? If anyone knows what are the advantages are concerning egts and power? and how much time will it take for the install..

I can't comment on the manifolds and uppipes, but I have installed a down pipe w/ the trans in and the trans removed.
If you have any thoughts of installing a downpipe, definitely do it when the trans is out

I put a fullbore manifold on and it made skittles difference on egts. But if u were playing on doin it definatly do it while it is apart.
Yes it is way easier to do all of that with the trans out. If you have the cash, and plan on it anyways I would do it no question asked.
I did a turbo, manifolds, and up pipes while my upgrading my trans and it's the way to go if you can swing it. Everything is much easier.
I'd get new up pipe gaskets for sure, the manifold gaskets are easy to replace if you get a leak.
Have a high quality 12pt 12mm socket and consider using heat to remove the up pipe bolts as there is no good way to get penetrating oil to the threads.
You’ll also need a 17mm swivel socket or 3/8” swivel extension with a short socket to remove the turbo pedestal bolts.

Even if you don't decide to install any of those components, it's not a bad idea to remove all the bolts (while you have easy/easier access) and put a dab of anti-sieze on them and reinstall. That way when you do need to remove them for repair/upgrade, it's not such a bi...
