I just finished watching this documentary on Netflix about the Steven Avery/ Brendan Dassey. WTF? I don't know if Netflix put this together in a defense leaning way, or if the judicial system is really that messed up in Wisconsin. It makes you wonder how much corruption is really out there.

Just from what I watched and read, It looks to me that Avery and Dassey are innocent.

Anybody else watch this yet?

I binge watched it the last couple days. I feel bad for everyone involved in the case, except for the state.

These guys are guilty. Don't make up your mind over a documentary. Do some research elsewhere. These are bad dudes.

I actually researched it before I watched the series. I felt the same as you did till I watched the documentary. I do feel "beyond a reasonable doubt" was not how these guys were convicted.

I just finished watching it. Hard to think they're not innocent.

Based on the documentary alone, it's hard to imagine any other way....but that's the thought provoking nature of the series. Its intended the viewer shares your same feelings.

There are plenty of things that they left out of the prosecutions side. There was non blood DNA found under the hood, and some other evidence. It all seems to be too easy for the police department to plant though.
