maby a trans problem

I own a 03 chevy and when I pull up to a light and stop it feels like something slams into gear and when I press on the gas to go it does it again. The only aftermarket mod is a banks bighead waste gate.

I was having this problem on my truck. Mine only does it sometimes. I have been told it's a sticking valve.

Pull the drive shaft and check ujoints and grease the splines on the front yoke.

I agree with Mike and others. I had a similar issue with mine. U joints were gone at 70k miles.
