Anyone in the know aware of a lux amp calibration for the extended cabs? I know there used to be the C3 denalis as an extended cab, just not aware if they had the true lux amp.

Yes, 2003-2004 Sierra Denali extended cabs had Bose lux amps.
2001 Sierra C3 and 2002 Sierra Denali did not have Bose at all.
Yes, there is a lux amp calibration for extended cab under "special functions" in the Tech 2.
