Wow. That's going to make some aftermarket ported head shops cringe.

Is not a horible deal but that cam is not great unless your trying to pass smog and have a stock idle. The heads by them selfs are around $600. Your better off getting an aftermarket head with good springs and ti retainers. The nice thing about them is that they have the hollow intake valves.

Won't work on an LS1 I don't think. The LS3 is 6.2L, LS1 is 5.7. Bigger diameter cylinder on the LS3.

Correct, The exhaust valve will hit the cylinder. Need at least a 4'' bore. 6ltr and bigger, so you can use them on a LQ4/LQ9, LS2.

they heads r decent the cam is pointless for those heads need like a 239/247 .621 lift

Afr makes a damn good set of heads though.

The LS3/L92 heads have a bigger comp chamber than the 243 castings on the 6ltrs. It will lower the compression about .5-.7 I think. My shit box made 405rwhp and 402tq with a little cam, 215/223 .630/.637.
