Going a different direction with the truck, fed up with local pulling rules or lack of, anyway going to put on a rear clip from a short bed and lower it. In maine there are not alot of lowered trucks, looking for some pics of your lowered trucks and some specs, front and rear drop, rim/tire size and backspace, thanks alot

Depends on what size rims you're wanting. Say if wanna run 20's 305/50R20( wider) or 285/50R20( you can convert this size to smaller or larger rims to get the max on height and width) fills the fenders good with a rim with a +18 - +25 offset on a 3-5 drop. If you're wanting to drag race and keep the cv's level for 4x4 launches just lowering the front end down with stock parts till they are level and a set of belltech 3 inch drop shackles in the back work good but gives the truck a 1500 chevy stance. The 3-5 drop puts neg angles on the front cv's but guys and girls have still raced with it. I believe I'm gonna do the 3-5 once my bigger tires are shot or I sell em first. I like the big beefy look but hate having to jump to get in my truck. I wished I wouldn't have raised it back up from when I had my drop shackles on, only went lower. Hope this helps. I don't have any pics of my truck lowered tho.

Ya I had it leveled with 2" blocks in the rear. T-bars cranked to the moon. With a bunch of trimming I ran 35x12.50x18 pro comps for 2 years. I looked good but I got tired of replacing wheel bearings, idler arm, idler pivot, and pitman arm all the time. Not to mention the ride sucks and u can't do shit in 4x4 with a leveled truck.

Yeah I remember it looking good. (I'm the guy who bought the Bully Dog from you last year) Was just wondering. It's look pretty damn good now though too!

I am wanting to drop the back of my truck to level it up because I don't want it to ride like crap if I tighten the torsion bars. Plus I want to pull a sled and I don't want to have to worry about killing tie rods and cv joints, so I'm leaving the front alone. Its a tall truck anyways, so it will still look tall with it leveled out.
