Just wondering what what the height is off the ground to the lowest point on your front valance is If you have your stock keys lowered all the way. Mine are out as far as possible while still being level. I have doubts that I have stock keys because the truck doesn't look as low as others... I got 13 3/16ths with 285/65/18s

Does that sound right to yal?

Tysmith's truck sits over an inch higher than a friends 07 classic both with bolts backed all the way out, my truck with lowering keys bolts all the way in is slightly lower than bolts out stock keys

hmm well I have a EC/SB. Is one of those trucks a CC and one a RC or EC?

I've had a lowering kit for about a year that I got off ebay for $100, WIKDLMM pretty much forced me to get it when I was drunk one night he was sending me links and stuff lol
I might put that on on of these days

Heres what it looks like, sorry for the night pics. I have the caltracs loaded so that might make the front look lower than it really is...

My truck sits lower in the front than most for some reason. I'm not sure why, but I noticed it when I would park next to other trucks at the track and with all trucks with lowered torsion bars, mine was noticeably lower. Not sure on the measurement. I'll try to get one for you tomorrow.

Ben, your truck looks normal to me. How much preload do you put on the Caltracs, and do you still have your overloads in?

I've got 12.5'' on the valance with a 1/4''+ from the keys touching the stop. Yours looks a little high if you have the bolts all the way out but i'm running 265's that measure 31'' tall just seems like you have alot of tire to fender well gap

I usually twist them till the pin touches the leaf then 1 or 2 more twists... I was really never sure how much I should be doing. I still have the overloads.

I measured mine for you today. I got right at 12 3/4" to the bottom edge of the lower bumper valance with tires that are about the same diameter as yours, but that is with the back lowered about 3". What is the measurement of the gap between the top of the tire and the top of the fender well opening? Mine is right at 5".

I measured that lastnight to, I got 8 inches from the fender to the outside edge of the tread on the DS and 7 1/2 on the PS (the street isn't level)... The offset of the wheels through that off, I'll be sure and get a plumb measurement tomorrow.
