My stock turbo has gotten louder with mileage and I have more oil leaking out of intercooler on the lower passenger side of the intercooler. it almost sounds like a squealing belt drive. I know that I probably have 2 separate issues going on here and I do have some high mileage on them.

Probably just a leaky uppipe or manifold gasket. Oil sepage is normal from pcv venting into intake. With that many miles I'd bet your intercooler is totally full at the bottom...

No decrease in boost, no noise at idle or when I let off of the throttle so it is most likely a leaking boot. I did look around and saw oil on the up pipe boot that I have not noticed before. When I have time this week I will try to pinpoint the whistle (sounds like a referee whistle has gotten into the air inlet.)

The pulley would squeal all the time even at idle if really bad. It would do it all throttle positions when I am on it medium to hard and the squeal is not always there. But thanks for your input.
