i use to max my boost gauge out at 35 and needle, after installing 5"turbo back i hardly stay at 30 , any ideas

I would think if the exhaust can escape fast down the pipe it would spin up the turbo faster

i only added the info to delete the DPF, i don't think i changed anything that would affect the turbo presure unless it is coded for the EGR stuff?

There is something else going on. As long as the exhaust you put on is more free flowing than what was on there previously, you should have quicker spool and be able to run higher boost.
