lopey idle with smoke puffs

OK so I've got the lopey idle on my dsp5 smoke tune. it sure is a great parking lot conversation start too. now what i would like to do is to make it throw out puffs of smoke during the loey idle. you guys have any idea how i could go about doing this (if its even possible without really hurting the truck) i figure if i can pull this off and turn off the pilot injection, it'll really get the 12 valve guys scratching their heads

I can get a puff on start up but I dont know how you would go about getting puffs with the lope. the lope is caused by to much railpressure at idle and you get too much fuel you risk washing the cylinder walls
