I know it's probably been asked before, but i couldn't find any info on it. I was just curious about all these guys putting lope tunes on there trucks. Is it hard on the engine or any other parts?? Thanks

Just sounds cool. From what I understand it's hard on the motor, and not a good idea to drive with.

you can make it lope at a certain rpm, so keep it at idle only??????

i think it just cycles the injectors? but i am not certain on that, i have seen a video on here back a year or so that had it.

It spikes fuel pressure, kinda like you patting your foot on the throttle just more consistent. I would think it would be hard on u-joints while in gear. The truck rocks back and forth pretty good. It also uses a lot more fuel while loping as well. if you do it make sure you put it on a dsp switch cause it gets annoying fast, trust me. But it sure does get attention. lol
