Apparently, I'm loosing coolant. Today, for the second time, I got a "Low Coolant" message on the DIC. The resivoir does appear low. I checked around the front of the engine to see if I could find any evidence of a leak around the water pump, but I couldn't find any. I don't think it's a HG leak, because wouldn't a HG leak cause the system to pressurize, bubble coolant, etc? none of which I've noticed. Any suggestions what I should check?

Check the weep hole on the water pump. Mine wasn't leaving a puddle or drips but was smelling like coolant under the hood.

Don't smell any coolant either... It's been 90-105 here for the last month or three... The last week it's cooled off a bit to the 70's & 80's for the most part. I'll try to look for the weep hole tomorrow... When I looked yesterday, I couldn't see much, but there wasn't any sign of coolant as far as I could see.

Mine says that too, I think it really is a HG on mine. Sometimes when I stop and don't idle it a minute like usual, just kill it instead, it will push some coolant out the overflow.

Well I replaced the thermostats and the cap on the overflow. Seems to be working so far. Haven't put a ton of miles on it yet to be sure, been busy in a tractor or on my four wheeler instead.
