Which way do these little things with the nipple go? Do they go nipple side out to lock in the bracket that holds the trim valves in? Or both nipples facing into the valve body?

I guess since I made this stupid topic, we can get some tech out if it. Are these "accumalutors" just pretty much a water hammer arrester in plumbing pipes? We put hydrulic accumulators on our all terrain cranes suspension. I've only guessed they were for smooth "dampening" like a hammer arrester. Is that the same reason these nipple things are here in the valve body?

I haven't been a wise guy to you, or if I came off that way I didn't mean to. If your referring to me qouting/questioning you about stuff, heres why.. When you post very vague responses, I just ask for more explaination. Such as your short
if not we can work something else out." Leaves it pretty open ended, but I'm thinking you mean you will ban me? Don't take me questioning those respones as having wise guy intentions, just looking to get more "in depth".
