Looking to go to 37" tires

I currently have a 2011 2500hd. It has the 6.5" BDS with some Fuel wheels (20x9, 5" BS, 1OS), wrapped in some Dick Cepek Fun Country 35x12.5x20. I want to go to some 37". I'm thinking Toyo R/T. I live in Upstate NY and will only have the one set of tires for it. Do I go with the 37x12.5x20, or can I go the 13.5? If so, how do I go about doing that? Thanks!

If you want a great 37" tire I highly recommend the Pro Comp Xtreme AT's. They wear incredibly well and the ride is smooth and quiet. The set I have on my '01 LB7 in my avatar pic are 37x13.5x17. Don't know if they offer them in 20" sizes though.
