Truck is in sig. anyways looking to put some money into the transmission, the PPE stage 4 kit caught my eye. Seeing it can withstand 850hp (well above where I’m at) but will always give me the option to increase power down the road. Wonder what y’all think of it? And also looking for a reputable transmission guy here in update NY if anybody knows one.

Don't buy the PPE kit or any "kit" for that matter. "Kits" don't have all of the necessary parts to ensure a good solid reliable build due to different thickness clutch packs. The only kit recommendable is from Evan at limitless diesel performance because he actually includes all of the necessary parts to do the job the right way.

If your looking at having a guy in upstate New York do it and your not gonna do it yourself with Evan's kit. I'd just make the drive to see Evan in Dalton, Massachusetts.

Evan is a stand up guy and great to deal with.

The stage 4 kit will hold about 400 hp max.
