Looking for complete remanufactured lly

Was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction. Looking for a complete remanufactured lly. Just looking for a quality stock engine.

Long block, turbo, pump, injectors. I have a customer with a lly who blew a headgasket kept driving it in till there was coolant in the oil then parked it for a year and a half. Truck also has 250,000 when I got it apart #7 had rust on the cylinder wall, turbo seized solid, and injectors are badly roted.
