Look everywhere, craigslist, car dealers, auto trader, ebay. Just be very cautions and check everything over well.
When dealing with a dealer, know your set price and stick to it. You have to be very stubborn to get a good deal at a dealer, but also its easier when you know, they likely paid 1/2 to 3/4 of what they are asking so don't feel bad about lowballing a dealer especially on a used vehicle. And foremost, don't be afraid to walk out if they can't meet your needs.
