lots of fitment issues. Otherwise you would see tons of people doing this all over the place...

I dont get how they call it a 26 gallon tank. If I run out of fuel and then fill it up, I only put in a little over 23 gallons before its overflowing out the filler. It would be nice to be able to use that last 3 gallons.

Tuning is in ECM, I just got done adjusting tuning on a transfer flow tank for a guy.

Our tanks hold 26 gallons. plus a little in the filler lol.

I have put 25.+ gallons in my truck many times

keep filling up at that pump...you are getting more fuel that it says

Seriously, I am about out of fuel, I will go fill up prolly tomorrow and film it. I bet I can get 25 gals. in without running empty....

ben your truck sits lower in the front than the back, you probly have a big air bubble at the back of the tank, if you drove your front tires onto blocks at the pump and put the front of your truck a little higher i'll bet you could squeeze in that last couple gallons. :)

I had to put 26.2 gallons in my truck when my sister ran it out of fuel:happy2:

I wish there was a cheaper alternative to a bigger tank and more range, I can't give up any bed space being a short bed

I was looking at this today. Is there a sending unit in the second tank? If so how is it wired in. I see they have had duel tank with a transfer pump operated off a relay from the ECM. so i was wondering exactly how it works if you went this way and is the sending unit connected in parallel because that is the way I see it done in the HELMs manual. Shows a junction block but no idea what it is exactly.

Now if all the wiring is done to second sending unit and pump installed does just adding values to the second auxillary fuel sensor in EFILive activate the transfer pump off the ECM.
