So Im playing with the logs in EFI from a recent run and I pop up the two EGT sensors in the LMM. I had heard about these 2 probes being located in the engine, but for some reason I thought that no one had been able to tap into the signals and they were used for DPF monitoring or something? I beleive that was what the guys from EDGE products were saying - they just couldnt tap into them.
Selected them from the list of PIDs to log, then put them up on the dashboard and voila! They both monitor fine... my max on a tow tune run was like 1140
