You need to hook up a gauge to see what it is doing on the supply side, but I would bet it is a bad or failing CP3.

The 0087 is getting very bad!! Just pulled a 6000lb camper to salt lake city. Threw the code on just about every hill. Brand new fuel filter at the start of this trip. Just gonna drop it at the dealer Monday. It was almost undriveable, threw the code as much as 5 times on a hill.

You stated this started right after the titan tank install, correct?

Since the original post, I think he's had the entire fuel system replace from lines in the tank forward, injectors, cp3, pretty sure its everything.

Truck is still smoking bad, now he's getting high fuel pressure codes.

I think he's going to bring the truck over end of the month and we'll log it again, check voltage in frp, anything else?

After dropping $11,000+ into repairs you'd think it would be fixed

Sounds like you have greater problems than before. If there is a supply issue throw a lift pump on that thing. This will help a week cp3 on drawing fuel to the pump @ low psi. If the cp3 is weak on the high psi side than that is another story.

High fuel psi codes now? Have you used your dvt tool and ramped up and down rail psi and logged the info?

It's a brand new cp3. Couple months old iirc.

Not my truck. It's Rodger, 86burgandySS. I think he is bringing it over in a couple weeks and we'll log and check whatever... Just asking what to log and check. Although I have EFI I'm basically capable of plugging in and messing stuff up. :)
