i hear ya josh i just cant believe this guy actually hit the cab driver , im willing to bet if it were a bigger dude things would've been alot different ! im a small guy myself and stood up to same size if not bigger dudes yea got my ass kicked but never backed down to anyone.Not saying i could kick his ass .. heck i dont even know the guy

If some huge guy is repeatedly hitting me in the face, I am currently in fear for my life, and I would not hesitate to protect myself.

Now if I was 250lbs it would be hard to defend that in court. People have been beaten to death, he doesn't need a 'weapon'.

Like i said im 140lbs...i dont necessarily pack a big "swing", I pack a big piece instead and i dont look like a carrier either.

I would have with 13 rds of .40. I don't care what you have done for your country, you don't have a right to attack someone like that. Then be a tool bag and try to say he attacked him. Too bad for him he is too stupid to realize most cabs have cameras now

And most states have laws saying that if you fear for your life or serious injury you can use deadly force. After the first hit I would have rolled out the door and if he even leaned over like he was going to follow me it would be all over.

I guess you got a point there!But you dont need to be 250 to knock this dumbass out,while he was running his mouth would've been the perfect opportunity to left hook his jaw , you just need to learn how and where to land the punch:thumb:
