Question: Local Area Shop

Can anyone recommend a shop in the Sacramento/East Bay area Ca.
My Business partner has a 2004 Chevy 2500HD. It has started to smoke some,, He also said that he thought it appeared blue, but I am not sure.
we are in Sacramento, but work a lot in the east bay area, (Hercules CA).
I would like to have it checked out, by someone that knows what they are doing.
