Have a LMM that when you turn on the ignition it wont crank over but everything else seems to work fine. I tried turning off the vats security system with efi live but it wont let me tune the ecm. The ecm will let me scan it to see if there is any codes but dont show any, it will also let me pull the tune off just wont let me reprogram it. Any thoughts on this?
